Principal Semiconductor R&D Scientist

As a Principal Scientist, you will spearhead our research into next-generation semiconductor materials, specifically focusing on Gallium Nitride (GaN) and Silicon Carbide (SiC) applications. You will lead a team of researchers in the cleanroom to develop new fabrication processes, optimize chip performance, and publish groundbreaking findings in international journals. Your work will define the future of high-efficiency power electronics and EV charging technology.

1. PhD in Materials Science, Electrical Engineering, or Applied Physics.

2. 8+ years of post-doctoral or industrial research experience in semiconductor fabrication.

3. Extensive experience with lithography, etching, and thin-film deposition techniques.

4. Strong track record of patents or publications in reputable scientific journals.

5. Fluency in English; Mandarin Chinese is a significant advantage.
